These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VeriMaji mobile application developed and operated by SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VeriMaji application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the application.

2. Purpose of the Application

VeriMaji is designed exclusively for secure verification of official documents issued by authorized entities. The application must not be used for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activities.

3. User Responsibilities
  • Use the application only for legitimate verification purposes
  • Do not attempt to tamper with or manipulate verification results
  • Do not misuse reference IDs or QR codes
  • Ensure accuracy while submitting manual reference details
4. Verification Accuracy

VeriMaji verifies documents based on records available in the central verification system. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free verification results due to technical or network limitations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software code, and design elements within the VeriMaji application are the exclusive property of SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to VeriMaji at any time without prior notice if misuse, security threats, or policy violations are detected.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
